A delivery charge check adds repeated delivery, carriage, fuel surcharge and small-order fees over a period. The monthly impact is the sum of those charges in the month. The annualised impact is the monthly total multiplied by 12, or the average monthly total multiplied by 12 if several months are available. The result shows scale, not whether the supplier was wrong to charge it.
